"Apology and Compensation Statement Regarding the Delay in Payment on June 6"


A large NIBSS event last week on June 6 (from approximately 10am to 8pm) resulted in payment delays for transactions initiated during this period.

We are sorry for the inconvenience and offer our sincerest apologies for the delays you experienced during payment. Please accept our apology.

The timing of NIBSS is indeed beyond our control, but we have been working closely with the payments department to ensure everyone receives their money as quickly as possible.

Withdrawals are now restored and stable, please feel free to trade withdrawals, your funds are safe, don't panic with consumption.
