From April 29th to May 8th, due to payment bank issues, some users experienced delays in withdrawing funds. As a platform, we apologize for causing everyone to experience convenience.
Now most of the pending withdrawal orders have been successfully paid.
Since Cardgoal was launched, thank you all users for your trust and support! We value every user's experience and appreciate their feedback. At the same time, we promise that as a platform, we will never deceive any user. Please rest assured!
In response to this withdrawal delay, in order to express our apology and determination to deal with the problem head-on, we will take the following measures:
1. Each user whose withdrawal is affected during the period will be compensated ₦300 by the platform;
1) If 15min ≤ withdrawal time <60min, a ₦300 coupon will be sent (available when the next transaction order amount exceeds ₦10,000 ).
2) If the withdrawal time is ≥60 minutes, a cash compensation of ₦300 will be paid. Please go to your personal account to check it.
2. In the near future, we will increase the number of customer service and improve customer service response speed;
3. At the end of May, we will launch the “Automatic Compensation for Slow Withdrawals” product function, which provides immediate compensation for overtime withdrawals.
